Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. BrandCo carries general liability insurance specifically listing ladder certification and repairs.

Q: Why should I repair my ladders versus buying new ones?

A: Cost savings. It is far less expensive to maintain and repair the equipment you have than it is to purchase new equipment every few months.

​

Q: How much down-time will we experience while our ladders are being inspected?

A: While we cannot guarantee there will be no down-time, we do make every effort to work around your technician's schedules. Our unique assembly line process coupled with our team approach ensures you get the quickest turnaround time.

Q: Does BrandCo install ladder accessories?

A: Yes. We sell and install manual and automatic levelers, cable hooks, v-rungs, and more.

​

Q: Does BrandCo service ladder racks?

A: Yes. We carry a large stock of ladder rack parts for the most common racks.

​

Q: Do you sell ladders?

A: No. We do not sell ladders and do not charge for defective ladders. This ensures that we have no incentive to scrap your ladders and recommend you buy new equipment.

​

Q: How much do you charge for defective ladders?

A: There is no charge to you for ladders that are defected out of service.

​

Q: What do you do with the defective ladders?

A: Defective ladders are set aside for your inspection and disposal. However, our technicians can break down and discard defective ladders onsite at your discretion.

​

Q: What areas does BrandCo serve?

A: BrandCo provides ladder inspection, ladder certification, and ladder repair to areas in Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Kentucky, Arkansas, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, and more.

A: No problem. Just give us a call or send us an email and we will be glad to see if we can expand our service area to include your company. We look forward to broadening our service area to include you!
